Faast networks - complent about network provider

i am using this network provider * year now still same issue they told me other plan bind width but they giving us other width
i chened my speed ** mbps to ***mbps for extra *** amount but i still get only ** mbps
other thing is regarding payment every time my payment will be ***.* paisa but when paying amount they deduct *** rupees every single time its ** months now usaly its not good
