Punjab State Electricity Board, Punjab (PSEB) - Complant for elecricity bill

Dear Sir
My Name Dharmapal Son of Mohan Lal VPO Bajwara Kala Pin Code ****** Punjab.

The bill which was sent to our House throughout PSPCL. The Bill which is sent to us is sent more than the correct consumption. The bill which comes to us from the sum of the previous month also. Because of that bill we have to face a lot of trouble paying this bill every two months. Because of which we have to face difficulties and psychological pressure.

I am the middle class person. During the that trouble of this Bill it takes to me two to three days to get this bill correct. In which I have to face a lot of trouble and that also affects my work.

I have also discussion this matter with SDO officer three times but they can not satisfy me. But every time they say that the next bill is the correct amount, but like every month. The next bill comes with the sum of the last two months.

That's why I request to you to help me in this matter so that such problems in future can be reduced and strictly action should be taken against all responsible person connected with this trouble so that the problem faced by the public are avoided
