Developer didn't provide space area as per Sale Agreement and demanded extra money in this account. Didn't pay existing corporation tax as per term and condition. Illegal construction above on G+* has been made violating sanction drawings of the building. Illegal occupancy given in security room (as per sanction drawings) to someone else for rental purpose. Didn't colour building outside till date even after two years of completion. Reminder given in writing but no response has been made from the developer.
