Subject- Complain against forcible taking of vehicle.
Respected sir,
I would like to inform you, on **/**** I own a vehicle (TVS NTORQ RACING EDITION RED AND BLACK) since the day I started paying my monthly installments of ****rs from **/**** till **/**** without any failure.
Now I’m enabling to pay the installments due to my business loss. I also informed the finance company (HDB FIN WIRELESS, BELTOLA).
I have two months of pending installments from **/**** till date.
I received threatens from the company people also by the name MANASH NATH and DANJIT NATH. Bothe the officials call me and threaten in call by recovering the vehicle and harassed me. The officials also use to send whatapp text with defames the individual reputation.
Sir with this I would light up an article of‘TIMES OF INDIA’ on ** November **** “NEW DELHI: THE SUPREME COURT has warned financial institutions and banks against forcible taking away of vehicle under hire-purchase agreement when there is a default payment of loan and said they could be saddled with punitive cost if they did so”.
Sir I would request you to look after this problem and help me out.
