My father named Surendra Singh Patel did Janata Personal
Accident Policy from National Insurance Company Limited on **/**/**** and paid
Rs.**** as premium amount. As per this policy, if it is accidental death of the policy
holder then the nominee will get Rs.*,**,***/- as claim amount. My father had an
accident in July **** and i applied for the claim in Aug ****. he is supposed to get
Rs.*,**,***/- claim amount but the company passed only Rs.*,**,***/- as claim
amount. They gave a voucher in April **** for the claim amount. But I
did not deposit that voucher as they passed less claim. Expected- I wants full
claim amount (Rs.*,**,***) as soon as possible.
