SHREE BASTRALAYA - Complaint Regarding Wrong Return Received and Arbitrary Rejection of Compensation Claim Order ID 1

I am filing this complaint against Meesho regarding the unjust rejection of my compensation claim for Order ID ******************_*.

Facts of the Case:

I dispatched the original product in proper condition after quality verification.

The customer initiated a return.

Upon receiving the return parcel, I found that the returned product was completely different from the originally shipped item.

I raised a compensation claim with Meesho immediately and submitted complete supporting evidence.

Meesho rejected my claim stating that my “claim rate against returns is higher than the platform level,” and closed the ticket without conducting a claim-specific investigation.

Grounds of Complaint:

The rejection was based solely on aggregate claim rate statistics and not on the merits of this individual case.

No proper review of the submitted evidence was conducted.

The platform failed to evaluate the claim on factual and documentary grounds.

This action is arbitrary, unfair, and causes financial loss to genuine sellers.

Each claim must be assessed individually based on evidence, and rejection purely on statistical grounds is procedurally improper and against fair trade practice principles.

I possess and can provide the following evidence:

Original product photographs before dispatch

Return parcel unpacking video (continuous and unedited)

Photograph of the wrongly returned product

Courier packet with visible QR code

AWB number and shipment details

These documents clearly establish that a wrong product was returned and that the loss is not due to any fault on my part.

Relief Sought:

I request:

Immediate reconsideration and approval of my compensation claim.

Reimbursement of the loss suffered due to the wrong return.

Fair and transparent evaluation of claims based on evidence rather than claim rate statistics.

I request Voxya to intervene and help resolve this matter at the earliest.
