Imagine Marketing Services Private Limited - Complaint Regarding Wrong Product Delivery and Failed Return Pickup

I am filing this complaint to bring to your attention the gross mishandling of my recent purchase from Boat (Order ID: [Insert Order ID]). The issues are as follows:

Wrong Product Delivered: I ordered Boat Stone ***, but the delivered product was Boat Stone ***.
Used and Poor Packaging: The product was delivered in an extremely dirty and reused box, resembling garbage, which was wholly unprofessional and unacceptable.
Failed Return Process: Although the return pickup was scheduled via Shiprocket, the pickup status falsely shows “failed,” even though the delivery agent picked up the product. I have call logs and WhatsApp chats as proof of the pickup.
This series of events demonstrates a severe lack of accountability and respect for customer satisfaction. The entire experience has caused significant distress, especially since the purchase was made on an EMI plan, increasing my financial burden.

My Request:

Immediate resolution, including either delivering the correct product or refunding the full amount.
An inquiry into the fraudulent practices of Shiprocket regarding my return.
Compensation for the inconvenience caused.
