I have been facing an issue with my water purifier (AO Smith) since last month, and it has still not been resolved. Your service engineer, Mr. Madhav Biradar, visited on approximately June **th to service it, but during the service, he broke the front glass and attempted a poor repair using M-Seal. This is highly unprofessional service. It seems you hire unqualified engineers. I also complained to Onsite go manager, Mrs. Supriya, but she treated the matter lightly. After a month, the new glass arrived, and Mr. Madhav installed it only one glass (not second) without removing the old M-Seal. Now, the water is continuously leaking from the bottom
And today, another engineer visited to resolve the water leakage issue, but he said it was not possible to fix it and left.
I am extremely frustrated with your service. My purifier has been out of order for the past month. I am not requesting, but demanding that this issue be resolved immediately with a new water purifier
