Evm Motors & Vehicles India Private Limited - Complaint regarding Unethical Billing Practices Incidental FASTag Charges

I purchased a Skoda Kylaq Prestige AT from EVM Skoda Thiruvalla (under the EVM Kottayam letterhead). the vehicle was invoiced on **th Jan **** and delivered on **th Feb ****. The original quote provided did not mention any "incidental charges." however, the final bill included an arbitrary ₹**,*** charge labeled as "incidental charges" and a ₹*** charge for fastag.
When i requested an itemized bill for the ₹**,***, the dealership merely shared a general brochure of value-added services (vas) instead of a specific invoice for services performed on my vehicle. Following my formal email complaint, the regional manager, Mr. Vipin Prasad M, issued a tax invoice re-labeling these as "beautification charges." despite this, they still failed to provide an itemized breakdown of what actual services were rendered. This is a clear tactic to bypass the illegal status of "handling/incidental charges" by disguising them as unrequested beautification services.
Regarding the fastag, i was charged ₹***. My official IDFC First bank statement shows the actual cost was only ₹*** (₹*** security deposit, ₹*** issuance fee, and ₹*** balance). the regional manager claimed the remaining ₹*** is for "courier and agent fees." charging a ***% service fee for a mandatory tag is predatory and was never disclosed in the initial quote.
i have been misled and overcharged by a total of ₹**,***. the lack of transparency and the shifting justifications for these charges have caused me significant mental harassment and financial loss. I request a full refund of these unauthorized costs and for the dealership to be held accountable for these unfair trade practices.
