FincFriends Private Limited - Complaint Regarding Unauthorized AutoPay Activation Without Loan Disbursement

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a formal complaint against FincFriends Private Limited regarding the unauthorized activation of an auto-pay (E-mandate) for a period of one year on my bank account.

I would like to bring to your attention that:

* I have not received any loan disbursement from your company.
* Although my loan application appears to have been approved, I have only been provided with an Application ID and no Loan Account Number.
* Despite this, an auto-pay mandate has been activated on my bank account without my consent or without completion of the loan process.

I have previously contacted your support team via email, but I was advised to coordinate with my bank regarding the E-mandate. This response is unacceptable, as the mandate was initiated by your company, and the responsibility to resolve this issue lies with you.

I request you to:

*. Immediately cancel/deactivate the E-mandate linked to my bank account.
*. Provide a written confirmation of the cancellation.
*. Clarify how an auto-pay mandate was activated without loan disbursement.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities for further action.

Kindly treat this matter as urgent.
