Hero Motocorp - Complaint regarding the owners of Rajput Motors ( Hero Auth. Dealership) Kapurthala, Dealer code: 11

I want to share my experience with Rajput Motors. My date of joining is ** Sep. **** and from the first day of job i have to face many difficulties or harassments. The behaviour of our respected owner's was too rude.....There is no proper timing for the office and lunch, like every day we shuffle our lunch time or some days we have to complete our lunch in just * minutes because pendency of work us too much... Reason behind this is lack of manpower or employees we have to work till * in the evening because lack of staff or employees. We asked our owner's several times that we need more employees or staff because we cannot handle all the seats like we have to punched the enquiries for new vehicle we also generate insurance and we are also handling rc department.

They also doing robbery of customers using different ways, like they have received ****/- from customer for apply rc but taxable amount of RTO is near about ****/- These type of ways they always used....

Whenever there is a inspection or company's engineer visit they arrange the staff for the visit days but on another days the whole workload was handled by us.....

Dear sir, this is not the first time or first person who is writing this ....many people's tried several times....There are many more things in this dealership which are very horrible like they disrespect everyone. They don't know how to talk with girls, also they don't even know which language to be used in front of girls. They abuse every time in front of girls also......

I didn't get any offer letter.. Sir my original certificate of +* is also there and they refused to return my certificate back....My salary for the * months is still pending at their end......At the interview time they fix my salary *****/- But after one month when there is a salary day i got only ****/- and asked to me that they will gave my other payment after the end of the month, but they don't give me my full salary. I don't know why they do all these things but i need my total salary and certificate back...

Sir, they also kept our personal mobile phone and check Call log, Whatsapp, Files etc. And if there is anything missing in the showroom then they locked the main door and treat us like Prisoners.
