Boult audio airbaas - Complaint Regarding Technical Issues with Boult Earbuds

I have purchased boult audio earbuds from Amazon but within * month there is technical issue in earbuds. There are * issues in earbuds which are *. The earbuds power off whenever I touch any part of them.
*. There is no sound during incoming or outgoing calls.
I have raised ticket for warranty claim and they have provided address to courier earbuds. I have couriered it and they have send it back to me with closing ticket with remarks "no issues with earbuds".
But still there is issue persists which I have mentioned above.

So request you to please help me in replacing the earbuds at earliest.
