Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and inconvenience caused due to a sudden and unannounced change in the route of the GSRTC bus I had booked from Ambaji to Shamlaji.
I had a confirmed ticket for this journey, but when I boarded the bus, I was informed that the route had been changed unexpectedly. This caused me a lot of trouble, delay, and inconvenience as I had planned my travel and further connections based on the original route.
Such sudden changes without prior intimation to passengers are highly unprofessional and affect the trust passengers place in GSRTC services. I kindly request you to look into this matter and ensure that in the future, passengers are informed well in advance about any route changes.
I also request that the authorities review the situation and take steps to prevent such issues from recurring.
