Anil Kumar Sadhineni filed complaint against Ratnadeep Supermarket on May 16, 2024
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service provided at the Ratnadeep Supermarket located in ChandaNagar, Hyderabad.
During my recent visit to the store, I purchased a stainless-steel cutlery set that was advertised at an offer price of Rs ***. However, when the item was scanned at checkout, the price came up as Rs ***. I requested that the item be sold at the advertised price of Rs ***, but the store in-charge, Monica, refused to honor the advertised price.
Despite my polite request, Monica advised that she couldn't sell the item at the offer price and refused to make any adjustments. Furthermore, she was very unresponsive to my request and repeatedly ignored me. She mentioned that the manager's name is Ranjit, but I was unable to speak with him due to the uncooperative behaviour of the store in-charge.
I have attached photos for your reference, showing the advertised offer price and the scanned price discrepancy.
I am very disappointed with this experience and expect Ratnadeep Supermarket to uphold the advertised prices and provide better customer service.
I hope that you will address this issue seriously and take appropriate action to prevent such occurrences in the future.
