I am writing to express my concern regarding a persistent issue with my Maruti Alto ***.
I brought my car * years ago from Mandavi motors J.P.Nagar and noticeing rusting on the right door appeared within just a few years of ownership,took it to the showroom some time ago to complain about it . Unfortunately, despite raising this issue with your service department, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution.
The rusting has since worsened, and I am now observing additional rust areas on the vehicle. This is particularly troubling as the car has been used sparingly, and the condition should not worsen.
The vehicle's deteriorating condition is concerning, and I believe this issue warrants immediate attention.
I kindly request that Maruti take urgent action to address and rectify this at the earliest. Please advise on the next steps and the potential for a thorough inspection and repair of the affected areas.
