I ordered a I had ordered a light from Meesho for Diwali, but it arrived in a damaged condition. When I placed a return request, the delivery executive, Mr. Ranjan Tiwari (Sultanpur), rudely refused to accept the return. He also behaved in an unprofessional manner and said, “I’m not scared of anyone, go complain about it.”
I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action regarding the damaged product and the delivery executive’s misconduct
