Tirupati Courier Service Private Limited - Complaint Regarding Refusal of Doorstep Delivery and False Allegations Tracking No

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention an issue faced during the delivery of my article.

The delivery boy refused to deliver the article at my doorstep and asked me to collect it either from the society gate or from your courier office. This is against the standard doorstep delivery service that I am entitled to.

Additionally, the delivery boy made false allegations against our society security, stating that he was not permitted to enter the premises. This claim is completely incorrect, as delivery personnel are allowed entry after following the usual security procedure.

Such behavior is unprofessional and causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers. I request you to kindly look into this matter, take appropriate action, and ensure that deliveries are made properly at the doorstep in the future.
