TAJINDIARESORTS - Complaint regarding refund of my money

Dear Sir/Ma'am

On *th March ****, we had got a call around at *.**pm from these numbers (**********, **********) calling any of their team member from Taj India Resorts located at Lajpat Nagar, Delhi & they told us that we got selected in their database to collect their resorts vouchers from Moti Mahal Delux, Sec - **A, Faridabad & they also mentioned that you just have to come at *pm without having a single penny & we will take your ** minutes only. We went to Moti Mahal Delux as we were informed on call, their team members (Ankit, Lalit, Rahul & Rishabh Tomar) came, discussion started & they started telling us their tour packages, package validity & package prices. Firstly we denied to take their any package but later on Mr. Ankit convinced us & he told us that you pay just half amt. Rs. ***** (Total membership fees amt. Rs. **,***). At that time an approval form was filled with all our details but we were not sure to pay a single rupee & we had left but again Mr. Lalit called me & asked to come giving me his job excuse ( sir meri job par bat aa jaegi, apko cancellation ka b form bharna pdega so aap aa jao ek bar fir se). We went again to fill cancellation form but Mr. Ankit again came & told pehle ghum kr aa jao sir bas ek emi apki jaegi rs. **** ki (*****/**) baaki paise bad me dena becoz we will convert rs. ***** to ** emis or your bank will call asking you for emi option. By giving emi option from Mr. Ankit we got convinced & we opted their * yrs plan & paid Rs. ***** using our **** credit card but from *th mar. till now our emis not converted becoz no emi option is available on my credit card & we called Mr. Ankit who had convinced us & assured us about half payment & emi conversion of Rs. **** p.m, he always said main bat karke apko btata hu but gave no solution & we had called Mr. Vikas many times who sits in head office, Lajpat Nagar but he is always telling us that swipe machine jisse emi convert hoti hai is not available with us aur machine kab aaegi kuch bta nai sakta main apko, jab machine aaegi apko bta dunga aap tab office aa jana, so today is *th April **** & nobody is giving me any solution & even now there is a lockdown everywhere & here is the reason that everybody is at home & not working so here we want to cancel this package & refund our all amt. Rs. ***** at the earliest becoz ****credit card statement will generate this April month & we will have to pay to **** Bank. So we kindly request you to look into this matter & provide us the solution at the earliest & woulbe be obliged.
