Trust relocation packers and movers company guwahati - Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Damage to Household Goods by Trust Relocation Packers Movers

On Dated **th January ****, I entered into a contract with Trust Relocation Packers & Movers for the relocation of my household goods from Lanka, Assam to Karjat, Maharashtra including my Renault Kwid Car. The agreed-upon charges were Rs *****.
• Issues Encountered:
• Late Arrival and Delay: The movers arrived significantly late on the scheduled moving day, causing unnecessary disruption to my schedule. Household items arrived on *rd February ****, but the status of my car remains unclear, and still the party involved is misleading me by providing delivery dates that keep getting extended.
• Improper Packing: The packing team displayed a lack of care while packing my belongings, resulting in damage to several items including: * Door Almirah, Bed, Dining Table, Kitchen Container, Inverter.
• Missing Items: Upon delivery, some items were missing from my shipment, including Spanner set, Chargeable Lamp.
• Excessive Charges: Upon delivery, the company demanded additional charges beyond the agreed-upon price, citing unforeseen circumstances, which were not communicated beforehand.
• Attempts to Resolve:
I have tried reaching out to the company management at ***** ***** to discuss these issues, but my concerns were overlooked, and I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. At times, my calls were also disconnected.
Relief sought:
• Compensation for Damaged Goods and Late Arrivals: I request compensation for the damaged items as per the market value of the goods also the compensation for late arrivals as I have had to reschedule my trips multiple times due to the fixed delivery dates and at the last moment being extended.
• Refund of Excess Charges: A refund of the additional charges levied beyond the agreed-upon price.
• Replacement of Missing Items: Replacement of the missing items or a refund equivalent to their value.
Moreover My Car was in hold for more than a month and I had to pay the price to get it deliver to my place.
