Vodofone - Complaint regarding poor network internet connection and high billing

I am using vodafone family plan :**********,& secondary SIM:**********.
I am writting this letter to inform you that both my SIM network &internet connection is poor till date ,Also for your kind information I've never made any ISD CALLS FROM MY SECONDARY SIM!!! AS I ATTACHED ABOVE WHICH YOU HAVE CHARGED ME EXTRA... so I kindly request you to check all my call logs and do the needful ASAP I can't pay for what I never used I expect a quick response as satisfying your customer should be your first priority.
If you can't help me on this issue, atleast give the permission to port my sim to use any other good network
