Arun Raj - Complaint Regarding Online Fraud through Facebook Marketplace

Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to file a complaint regarding an online fraud that occurred through Facebook Marketplace.
On **th October ****, I saw an advertisement for car tyres posted by a seller named Arun Raj (also known as Saravanan E) claiming to be from Bangalore. The seller shared a GPay QR ID linked to mobile number **********, and I transferred ₹**** as advance payment for two tyres.
After the payment, the seller promised that the items would be sent through Royal Travels and that I would receive the delivery receipt the next morning. However, after multiple follow-ups, he failed to provide any receipt or shipment details and stopped responding to my messages. The mobile numbers used by the seller are ********** and **********.
It is now clear that I have been cheated. I request your kind assistance to investigate this matter, trace the individual involved, and help me recover the amount of ₹**** that was fraudulently taken from me.
