Outlook group - Complaint Regarding NonPayment of Internship Stipend by Outlook Publications

I completed my summer internship at Outlook Publications under their Young Leadership Programme. As per the official offer letter, interns were eligible to earn up to ₹**,*** — ₹**,*** upon successful completion and ₹*,*** based on performance.

I successfully completed my internship and was issued an official completion certificate, even certificate and medal for my performance by the company. However, despite fulfilling all required tasks and conditions, I received only ₹*,*** as stipend.

According to Clause * of the Terms and Conditions, the company is obligated to release the internship compensation within ** days of completion, but this timeline has long passed.

This is a clear case of non-payment of the agreed stipend, amounting to a breach of contract under the Indian Contract Act, ****.

I am sharing this to highlight the issue and to seek appropriate redressal for the unpaid amount of ₹**,*** that remains pending despite completion of all internship obligations.
