Loren Elliot - Complaint Regarding NonDelivery of Paid Order

On **th August ****, I placed an order (#LE****) with a company called Loren Elliot (lorenelliot.com) for two items: a puffed sleeves dress (XL) and a v-neck cotton T-shirt (XL). The total amount of ₹*,*** was paid online.

Since then, I have received multiple emails from the company falsely stating that the order was "out for delivery" or that a "delivery attempt was unsuccessful." Despite these repeated messages, no delivery was ever attempted and no valid courier tracking details were provided.

On **th August ****, I asked the company for the courier name and tracking number, but they failed to provide this information. Instead, they sent me a ₹**** gift voucher as "compensation," which does not resolve the fact that my order was never delivered.

This experience has caused financial loss (₹*,*** for undelivered goods) and mental stress, as the company’s repeated false updates misled me into believing the order would be delivered. Upon researching online, I also found that other consumers have reported similar fraudulent experiences with this brand.

I believe this is a case of online shopping fraud and unfair trade practice.
