Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding an order placed on ** March **** on Kwabey. I ordered * T-shirts and paid ₹*** through UPI. However, till now, I have not received the products, and there has been no proper tracking update or resolution from the seller.
Despite waiting for a long time, I have not received any satisfactory response from their customer support. Therefore, I request you to please look into this matter and help me get a full refund of ₹***.
