Sunrise Crackers - Complaint Regarding NonDelivery and Partial Delivery of Orders from Sunrise Crackers

My name is S Vignesh, residing in Kandigai, Chennai. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sunrise Crackers, an online seller of fireworks, for non-delivery, partial delivery, and unresponsive customer service.
After watching a promotional video by VJ Sidhu Vlogs, I placed two orders with Sunrise Crackers for my family:

Order ID: ***** – Amount: ₹*,***
Total Paid: ₹**,***

Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller via the phone numbers listed on their website and in the order confirmation messages, no one has responded. I have called several times since last Friday, and each time the calls have either gone unanswered or been disconnected. I have also tried reaching out via email and social media, but have received no reply.
Regarding the orders:

The first order (Order ID: *****) has not been delivered at all.
The second order (Order ID: *****) was delivered, but with very few items, and products worth nearly ₹*,*** were missing from the package.

Since last Friday, I have been repeatedly requesting a refund, but the seller has been delaying the process and now has stopped responding entirely. This experience has caused significant distress and financial loss. The lack of communication and fulfilment of the order strongly suggests fraudulent behaviour. I trusted the seller based on the promotional content shared by VJ Sidhu Vlogs, and now feel misled and exploited.
I request the consumer forum to take appropriate action against Sunrise Crackers and help initiate a refund process. I am also willing to cooperate with any investigation and provide payment receipts, order confirmations, and communication records if required.
