Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Deepak Kanodia, am writing to file an official complaint regarding the non-delivery and deficient service in relation to my prepaid online purchase from Supertron Electronics Private Limited, placed via their online portal (Order #****, Dated ** August ****).

Sequence of Events & Deficiency in Service
• Despite repeated follow-ups and escalations (with documented email trails to the seller, courier partner, and platform), my package which was committed to be delivered by **th August **** has not been delivered as of today, *th September ****.
• Tracking data (via Delhivery and Shiprocket) shows the different shipment dated and also the shipment has been delayed multiple times and flagged as “untraceable” and “misrouted.” Both portals have shifted estimated delivery dates repeatedly and failed to provide a concrete resolution or real-time visibility (supporting screenshots and status PDFs attached).
• The Delhivery tracking status as of *th September and *th September **** states: "In Transit – On hold. Destination unable to receive.” The Shiprocket portal classifies the status as “Shipment Untraceable—Under Investigation.” And every day the date is getting extended as happening from last ** days
• Multiple calls and mail requests to the seller (Supertron Electronics) for reshipment or alternative resolution have been ignored or delayed, with non-responsive customer support despite acknowledgment of the issue in writing.
Relief Sought
• Immediate investigation and strict action against the seller and responsible courier partners for non-fulfilment of prepaid order.
• Direction to the seller to expedite a replacement shipment or process a full refund of Rs ***** /- of the product without further delay.
• Also want additional Compensation of Rs *****/- for mental harassment, financial loss, and time wasted due to negligent handling of the order and lack of redressal since last ** days
All relevant evidence—billing documents, payment proof, tracking screenshots, courier communication, and email chains—are attached for your review.
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and inform the next steps in the resolution process for total refund of RS *****/-
