I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-receipt of my fixed deposit maturity amount from Adarsh Co-operative Bank.
I had deposited a fixed amount in March ****, with the maturity date being March ****. However, I have not yet received my maturity amount. I understand that the bank is currently facing issues due to closure or alleged corruption, but this has caused me significant financial difficulty.
I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and guide me on the necessary steps to recover my deposited amount along with the applicable interest. I am ready to provide all required documents, including deposit receipts and identification proof, for verification.
Please treat this matter as urgent and assist me in resolving it at the earliest.
