Loren elliot - Complaint regarding non delivery of paid order

On **th august I placed an order with company called lorenelliot (lorenelliot.com)for * item linen shirt. The total amount of Rs **** paid online. Since then I have Received multiple emails from company falsely stating that order is out for delivery and then courier got delayed because of holiday but no delivery ever attempted also no tracking number then since website is not available. Upon researching online I believe this is case of online shopping fraud and misleading people.
Relief saught
Immidiate refund of full amount of Rs ****
Action against company for online shopping fraud and misleading people.
