V Mart esplanade - Complaint Regarding No Refund Policy

Today, I purchased a pair of pants, but after trying them, I found that they are too big. Unfortunately, my correct size was not available in the store.

When I contacted your customer care team, I was informed that there is a strict “No Refund” policy. I feel disappointed because I was unable to find my correct size and now I am left with an item I cannot use.

I kindly request that you reconsider this policy in my case and provide a refund or another suitable resolution. I have been a loyal customer, and I hope this matter can be resolved fairly.
