Dear Sir/Ma'am
I have a complaint regarding my returned item. Unfortunately, On *th September the wrong product ( AWB NO- R********ITN) was picked up from my house and dispatched to the itokri Gwalior. For the last ** days I have been in touch with the Shadowfax authorities (Yamunanagar and Mr Partap (Karnatka) both) and they know the issue very well. Still I am clueless about my item's current delivery status.
Please urgently look into the matter so that the item reaches back to me as soon as possible as I have to return the same item to its original destination. Below I ' m sending the details of the customer, tracking details of the item (provided by the Shadowfax Office Yamunanagar (Haryana)).
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
