Zomato Dominos - Complaint regarding my money that has not been refunded

I had ordered dominos pizza from zomato on **th of Feb **** on. *:** pm but after * hours I got a call from dominos stating that the order will be delayed do you want to accept it ? So it was already **:** pm so I said to cancel but they said that the money will be refunded but it’s nearly a month now I have not received my refund amounting to rupees *** which is indeed a big money for student like me . Even after contacting dominos people I am not able to resolve this issue
