I purchased an iron from your store. At the time of demonstration, all accessories including the measuring cup were present in the box. However, after billing, during checking/warranty process, I noticed that the measuring cup was removed by the staff.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request you to look into this matter and provide the missing accessory or take appropriate action against the concerned staff.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
