Redbus Universal travels - Complaint Regarding Late Bus Arrival and arrogant reply and Request for Refund

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Redbus- Universal Travels (NL**B****) company during my recent trip on **-**-****. I booked a ticket for my father who is a cardio and diabetic patient with the expectation of a punctual and reliable service on the bus number[NL**B****] departing from [Cuddalore] to [Chennai]. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. He went and stood for *.**hrs and bus tracking was not reliable Also he got heavy leg pain from standing a long time, The bus crew number (**********,********** ) was answered arrogantly and hurt him by words.

I wish to raise the complaint against Redbus- Universal Travels (NL**B****) and refund the money this should not happen to anyone
