LifeForce Homeopathy - Complaint Regarding Ineffective Treatment and Refund Request

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the homeopathic treatment I received at your clinic under the supervision of Dr. Vinay. However, more than * months have passed, and not only have I seen no improvement, but my condition has worsened with the onset of tremors.

Furthermore, your receptionist, Ms. Vinci, has been extremely unprofessional. She shouted at me when I sought clarification and provided unsolicited medical opinions, which I found highly inappropriate and unprofessional.

As a patient, I trusted your clinic with my health, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed. I request:

A justifiable refund that reflects the lack of promised results and the additional issues caused during the course of the treatment.
A formal apology for the unprofessional conduct by your staff.
