I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase experience. I had ordered two t-shirts from Nobero, but unfortunately, I received one incorrect item. Additionally, I was disappointed with the quality of both t-shirts and therefore initiated a return request.
While my return request for one of the items was approved, the return for the incorrect item was declined. The return executive mistakenly noted that the t-shirt shown was different from the one I received, which was the wrong product. I contacted your customer support team, and they assured me that they would request another return for the incorrect item. However, it has now been over a month, and the return request still hasn't been approved.
Moreover, I have not yet received the refund for the item that was successfully returned to you. I have reached out to your team four times, and each time I was told that the issue would be resolved within ** hours. Despite these assurances, there has been no progress, and I am left without any update.
This delay and lack of communication is highly frustrating and unacceptable. I kindly request that you prioritize my return request and refund process as soon as possible. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
I hope to hear from you soon with a resolution.
