Zudio Tata - Complaint Regarding Incorrect Discount Applied on Purchase

an issue I faced during my recent purchase at your store. On Zudio DIG Colony Hamrautia, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh ******, dated ** August ****, I shopped for more than ₹**** under the offer that promised an extra **% off on purchases above ₹****.
However, at the time of billing, I was given less discount than promised. This is highly disappointing as the offer details were clearly mentioned, but not honored during checkout.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide the correct resolution by either refunding the difference amount or adjusting it appropriately. I have attached my bill/invoice copy for your reference.
