Stiebel Eltron India Private Limited - Complaint Regarding Heat Pump

Hello,
This is AMIT RATHI from DURG (C.G.). Pincode- ******.

Purchased a Heat Pump of STIEBEL ELTRON, from a Dealer at Raipur (C.G.), namely, Bath Creation, earlier owned by Mr. Sushil Balani. Model no. for the same is WWK ***H.

Time and again Hot Water Stops coming & on complaining, co. Person says machine's under size for your Family. I do not understand, how a machine of *** Litres Capacity is not suitable to provide Hot Water to a Family of * Persons.

Even if I agree to them for once, that the device is undersize, it should provide Hot Water to atleast *st Person in the morning who is using it, but that's also not happening. There response seem so very hopeless and illogical. We did not purchased machine worth * Lakh Rupees & capacity as high as *** Litres to hear that its not sufficient for a Family of *-* People, in which * are Kids.

Above all, the executives are not at all co-operatives. They refrain themselves from visiting & trying to solve problem on call only, when they know that, v as a general public are technically inefficient to do what they are asking for.

Its not been a year since the device's installation & already registered complaint *-* times but to no avail.
