Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Umesh Chandra Sharma / GLOBAL INFOTECH IMPORTER, located at (Suite No **-C, Block DM *th Floor Cognizant Technology Building, Wazidpur, Sector ***, Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India - ****** GSTIN: **AIZPS****D*ZT PAN: AIZPS****D Email: globalinfotech@fastservice.com Phone: +** ***** *****),
regarding a fraudulent transaction and non-delivery of goods I ordered from them.
On **-**-****, I placed an order with the company for an Acer keyboard with the amount ***.**
And one ordered I Placed **-**-**** HP ****p laptop advance amount ****. The total amount for the order was ₹****.**, which I paid in advance as per the payment instructions provided by the seller (Sanjay Sinha). I have attached the invoice and payment receipt for your reference.
Despite paying the full amount, I have not received the ordered product. I attempted to contact the seller multiple times, both through phone calls and by visiting their office in Delhi. However, after waiting the entire day, I was told by the seller that they were busy at a temple with their family and would arrange for the pickup later in the evening. This continued for three days, and after repeated calls, my phone number was blocked, and my messages were ignored.
It has now been over ** days, and I have received no product, refund, or any communication from the seller. I am attaching all the relevant documents, including the invoice, payment receipt, and my communication history with the seller.
I request the Voxya team to take immediate action against this fraudulent seller and ensure that I receive a refund of ₹****.** or the ordered product. I am also seeking compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused.
I kindly request that you look into this matter and advise me on the appropriate legal actions I can take.
