Farmley India - Complaint Regarding Foreign Hard Substance Found in Farmley Date Bites

I am writing to bring to your urgent attention a serious concern regarding one of your products – Farmley Date Bites.

While consuming the product, my son encountered a hard, non-breakable, stone-like substance inside one of the bites.

Fortunately, he managed to spit it out in time, otherwise it could have caused injury to his teeth or been accidentally swallowed, leading to serious health risks.

I would request you to please:

• Investigate this matter on priority and ensure such foreign substances do not enter your products.

• Take note of the chunk size and chewiness of the dry fruits used in these bites, as they can pose a choking hazard if not processed carefully.
