Bharat Benz ****C *X* ** Wheel Taurus Tipper will discuss the price with your company and will promise to deliver on **/**/**** it based to give quote from your company on **th July last. Based on that, on **/**/**** a loan of Rs.******* was passed from ICICI Bank Limited and D.O. The remaining amount has been deposited in the account in the name of AUTOBAHN TRUCKING CORPORATION (P) LTD on **/**/****. But the company has not delivered the vehicle on the date. It was told to deliver the vehicle and has already changed the date many times to fool me and my finance company. The company has changed the date three or four times and said it will deliver on the **th of this month. But till date I understand it has been that neither the showroom nor the sales manager has any knowledge about the vehicle. Therefore, if the vehicle is not delivered on the said date, I am reminded that the company will also be responsible for any financial or other losses that may occur to me.
