I recently placed an order, but to my surprise, I received two packages instead of one. When I checked the app, it showed that the product had been ordered twice, even though I only placed one order.I immediately contacted the brand for a return, but they denied it outright, despite me clearly explaining that I had not placed a second order. The customer service executives were extremely rude and dismissive, which added to the stress of the situation. This incident has caused me significant mental pressure and inconvenience, and I strongly believe this issue needs to be addressed through appropriate consumer protection channels.
