Benelli Bikes - Complaint Regarding Delayed Delivery and Unwarranted Use of Registered Vehicle

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the handling of my recent two-wheeler Benelli Imperial *** purchase from your authorized showroom Benelli Keeway Trichy.
Despite completing all required formalities and payments within the stipulated time on **-**-****, the delivery of my vehicle has been unnecessarily delayed without clear communication or valid justification yet. You may find the invoice copy herewith for reference. It was mentioned the customer was calling the representatives every now and then asking for th status of the vehicle. Moreover, it has come to my attention that the vehicle, already registered in my name, was used without my knowledge or authorization has run ** Km with no intimation to me. This is highly disappointing and contemptuous, as I trusted Benelli Keeway and its dealership to uphold professional and ethical standards throughout the purchasing process.
Further more, I had asked them a detailed split up of registration and road tax fee which they had entitled against the vehicle.
Whilst they promised me they would share the expenses of delivery all the way from showroom in Trichy to my residence in Chennai, now I see them backing off.
The lack of transparency, delayed delivery, and unwarranted use of a registered vehicle not only caused inconvenience but also raised serious concerns about the dealership’s adherence to proper procedures.
I request that you kindly intervene and ensure the following:
A clear explanation for the delay in delivery and the use of my registered vehicle.
Immediate corrective action to prevent such incidents in the future.
Appropriate accountability measures taken with the concerned showroom personnel.
Prompt delivery of the vehicle in its correct and unused condition, along with all relevant documents on the showroom's expense.
I value the reputation of Benelli Keeway and hope this matter will be resolved at the earliest with due seriousness. I remain willing to cooperate fully to ensure an amicable and transparent resolution.
