I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my order on Blinqo.
The shipment first arrived in Churu, which is very close to my location. However, instead of being delivered, it was sent to Noida, which is much farther away, and now the tracking shows it in Jaipur. I do not understand how a package that was already near the delivery location ended up being sent across multiple cities. This is extremely frustrating.
I had paid for rush delivery, which was supposed to get the order to me by *th March. Your platform was showing **th March as the standard delivery date, but today is **th March and the order is still in transit.
This has been the worst delivery experience I have had, especially after paying extra for faster delivery.
Given the delay and the misrouting of the shipment, I would like to request a full refund for this order, including the rush delivery charges.
