Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent journey on your intercity bus service. The bus was delayed by more than * hours from the scheduled departure/arrival time.
This significant delay caused inconvenience and disrupted my plans. Such lack of punctuality is not acceptable, especially for a service that passengers rely on for timely travel.
I request you to look into this matter and take necessary steps to ensure better time management in the future. I would also appreciate appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
