dear team, I received a call stating themselves as customer refund service (CRS). A lady named Swati Desai with contact no-********** where she blocked my no and shared a different no-********** to call. They have told me that they will help in refunding the amount of Rs *,**,*** and started asking money giving a reason that this is a huge amount, and to get this processed you have to pay. I have already paid Rs *,**,*** which I have the receipt and these amounts are transferred to different account holders. Now I am not getting any revert neither received the payment which assured through online for Rs *,**,***.
When I got to know that she is fraud, I have filed a complaint. This was almost * months since I was getting assurance day by day. Please investigate and help me out of this with my refund. I have all the emails received from the CRS side and transaction proof from my side. Above is the complaint no generated for me from the CRS side.
