Flipz com - Complaint Regarding Damaged iPhone Delivery

I had ordered an iPhone *s through Flipz.com and paid a total amount of ₹*,*** — ₹*,*** as an advance payment before confirmation, and ₹*,*** at the time of delivery. However, upon opening the box during delivery, I was extremely disappointed to find that:
The phone was broken
Some parts were missing
The device was not in working condition
Additionally, I have tried multiple times to contact the seller via phone, but there has been no response. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of the seller and the service provided by your platform.
I request Flipz.com to:
*. Take immediate action against the seller involved in this fraudulent transaction.
*. Arrange a return pickup of the damaged product.
*. Issue a full refund of ₹*,*** as soon as possible.
I am hopeful that Flipz.com values its customers and will take this issue seriously. If I do not receive a response or resolution within * working days, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum of India and also report this issue on social media platforms to warn other customers.
