Gulshan Kumar filed complaint against Hari Ratan Emporium on May 9, 2025
I, Gulshan Kumar, am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent purchase made from Harihar Ratan Emporium, Haridwar, on *rd December ****, with a total value of INR *,**,***. The purchased items were delivered to me in January **** at my address in Canada.
Order Details:
• * Feroza (*** carat) – including * rings and * bracelets
• *-*-* Mukhi Rudraksha Malas
• * Amethyst Mala (*** beads)
Upon receiving the items, I found them to be in damaged and poor condition:
• * beads of the Amethyst Mala were broken
• The rings and bracelets are of visibly different and inferior quality/material than what was promised
• A ladies' item and Feroza worth INR **,*** were returned to the seller, but they have neither exchanged nor refunded the amount
Despite several polite attempts to resolve the matter directly with Mr. Akash Sharma (contact: +** **********), I have been met with abuse, refusal to cooperate, and silence.
This experience has caused not only financial loss but also mental distress. I am therefore requesting immediate assistance for:
*. Full return and refund of the faulty and damaged products
*. Proper investigation into the seller’s conduct and sales practices
*. Any necessary consumer protection action or legal advice available under Indian Consumer Protection laws
Please consider this complaint urgent and help ensure that justice is served.
