Keil Elevator Pvt Ltd - Complaint regarding cheating and fraud committed by Kiel Elevator Pvt Ltd

Fraudulent and cheating activities of Kiel Elevator Pvt Ltd. I am a resident of Undri Pune and had approached Kiel Elevator company for the installation of a hydraulic lift at my residence. This company had promised to complete the installation on or before the first week of March and had taken a sum of ****** rupees as advance payment for the same.

However, to my dismay, no work has been started yet and there has been no communication from your company regarding the installation. I have tried to contact director Akash Singh and Vinod Kumar Singh, but are avoiding my calls and not responding to my messages.

I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of this company, and I demand an immediate resolution to this matter. I request to refund my advance payment of ****** rupees at the earliest.
