I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the lack of proper details provided by your bank on closing my loan account.

I recently approached your bank to inquire about the process of closing my loan account, but I have encountered difficulties in obtaining clear and comprehensive information. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification, I have not received satisfactory guidance on the steps involved, the necessary documentation, and the timeline for closure.
- Firstly our loan tenure ended last month as per the account statement, and we reached out to Sarjapur Road branch, and they asked me to submit a letter for getting the documents, and they didn't even insist on checking if the loan is completely paid or not.
- Then again visited around * times in the month of april to check the status of documents, but they said it will come to the office and once we get we will give a call.
- And on ** May the ECS was presented for *****, where we have already completed our loan tenure , and when i reached out to the branch than they started checking the pending amount and said need to pay a principal balance of Rs.**** , which we said ok and they asked to provide a letter again than they will close it
- Than after * week of follow up when i reached to pay the balance principle amount , they came up with new thing and said there is *****.** balance pending to be closed , and when i asked them about the details they said there is a principle amount of Rs **** & Some pending charges which is ****.** , which i asked them that what is the other charges for , but they don't have a clue and they keep saying there will be some charges, how come a bank employee will not know the details, and guess what again said give us a letter for account statement than will get to know the charges, and i have submitted again
- Than after a week when i visited , again same no clue and given the print of statement and asking me to compare with the payments made through the banks and verify, Is it my job ?
- Than finally when there is no clarity on this, we just wanted to get rid from all this and finally thought to close it with the pending balance which is showing in the statement and made the payment on **/**/** of Rs *****,
- Than **nd getting a call from one of the executive saying you have a balance to be paid around **k, than we can close this , how come there is no communication or update from the branch about the payments made.
- The executive kept calling us and asking us to make the payment and when we tried to reach out to the guy at Sarjapur Road branch, no response and for some time his mobile was switched off, this is how they are operating and treating customers.
- And when finally the guy responded and updated the collection agent that the payment was already made.
-But again the ECS was presented on **nd , for a amount of Rs ****, where we have already made the payment on **nd
- And when we checked with the branch , they came up with new amount of Rs ** is pending
- And we paid that too
* Times the cheque got bounced due to which the CIBIL will affect and also the bank will charge for a cheque bounce. so expecting the bank to compensate for things we have gone through it.
Visited the branch multiple times and no proper support from the team at Sarjapur Road Branch
