Eduvandz Finance Pvt Ltd - Complaint on Nxtwave

I am Sai Charan from Shadnagar. I am writing to register a complaint against Mr. Rahul Attuluri the CEO of NxtWave, and
Eduvanz the NBFC Non Banking Financial Company acting as the finance partner, regarding fraudulent practices,
breach of contract and negligence. I urgent request your intervention and prompt action against both parties.In December **** I enrolled in
NxtWave, Fullstock course, The Nxtwave team was ask my father KYC and bank statement within * minets they have given loan to Nxtwave A/c and they were
setup EMI option on my father account without payslip and business proof and they are not give any document.They did not inform before admission about
loan process. I was quit the Nxtwave in April due to financial issue but loan team was calling to pay EMI amount. They did not give
loan on my father account. The Eduvanz loan partner directly credited to Nxtwave account. I was ask nxtwave team Kindly cancel My admission and
loan from * months onwards. The management said to me we can not cancel the loan as per terms and condition. Kindly invalve this issue
and Close My loan and admission.
